Case studies
Six websites, and what each one actually had to do.
Web design case studies from a one-person studio in Sebastian, Florida — real businesses on the Treasure Coast and further afield. Every build is different, so each one below says what was actually wrong, what changed, and where the numbers exist, what happened afterwards. Where there are no results yet, it says so.
Hair loss, scalp and clinical practices
Three of these, and it is not an accident. I grew up around a clinical hair and skin lab — the protocols, the products, the practitioner network. When a trichologist explains what she does, I already know what she means. Most of these were website redesigns rather than new builds.

Advanced Hair Growth Clinic
Charlotte, North Carolina · built entirely remotely
A hair-loss specialist with a 5.0 rating and ten years of results, and a website that never mentioned half of what she treated. Rebuilt around the conditions people actually search for — one page each — with her own before-and-afters and a booking link that goes to the right service.
Three weeks later she reported a new booking most days, and skin care appointments she had never had.

Mendoza Scalp & Skin Solutions
Pooler, Georgia · built entirely remotely
A beauty-industry educator who wanted to be seen as a business strategist, not a technician. The homepage was rebuilt around helping professionals build businesses that are profitable, sustainable and hard to duplicate, using her own process and graphics.
The page finally leads with her, not a product.

Kapyderm USA
Sells nationwide · practitioner network across 15+ states
The U.S. arm of a Spanish clinical lab, with a catalog too large and a story too technical for an off-the-shelf site. 150+ pages covering 70 products and 21 treatment protocols, an online store, full SEO, and a private portal for certified practitioners running to another 100 pages behind the login.
It sells to the public and serves the professional network from one place.
Local trades
Painters, lawn crews, contractors. Most of what I do, and the work I am closest to — these are my neighbors’ businesses. There is a page just for web design for trades and contractors if that is you.

All County Painters
Hollywood, FL · Broward, Dade & Palm Beach
A real painting company presented like every other contractor template — one long scrolling page, a stock brush for a logo, and a competitor's name still sitting in the copy. Rebuilt as 22 pages with a page for every service, in English and Spanish, with the logo redrawn from the owner's own concept rather than replaced.
The audit found the “Free Estimate” buttons dialing a number that wasn't his.

Aiden's Lawn & Landscape
Sebastian, FL · my own town
A new operator with no name, no logo and no presence. The research turned up the one gap nobody local was claiming: overgrown properties most crews turn down flat. That became the business — name, logo, positioning and copy built around the job everyone else says no to.
Prices published from $75, and a promise of no judgment.
Trading and finance
Specialist and online-only, where the whole job is saying one thing clearly instead of everything vaguely. Location matters less here, and I work remotely as often as locally.

Kerwin's Trading Floor
Online · live gold room, New York session
A trading room with a genuinely clear idea — one pair, one session, the same 160 minutes every morning — behind a site that didn't say so. The rebuild leads with the specificity instead of hiding it.
It includes a section naming who the room doesn't suit. That is what makes the right people show up.
Questions people ask about this page
Can I talk to any of these clients?
Yes. Ask me and I will put you in touch with whichever one is closest to your situation, provided they are willing. Every business here is named and linked, so you can also just contact them yourself without asking me first. A portfolio you cannot check is not evidence of anything.
Why do some of these have no results?
Because the sites are new and the results do not exist yet. Search results move over months, not weeks, and a case study written before the numbers arrive is a guess dressed up as evidence. The two with full write-ups have real figures in them. The rest will get theirs when there is something true to report.
Do you only build for these industries?
No. Most of my work is local trades - painters, lawn crews, contractors. The clinical group is larger than you would expect because I grew up around a clinical hair and skin lab and know that field genuinely well, so those clients tend to find me. The hair loss clinic write-up shows what that looks like in practice. But a website is a website, and the work is the same whether you are a plumber or a trichologist.
What did these cost?
My prices are published on the site rather than quoted on a call. Three pages start at eight hundred dollars, five to seven pages at fifteen hundred, and up to ten pages at three thousand. Larger builds like the clinical lab are quoted properly rather than squeezed into a package.
Can you build something like this for my business?
Probably, and the first step costs nothing. Send me your business name and I will look at your website and your Google Business Profile and tell you honestly what is missing. If the fix is something you can do yourself in ten minutes, I will tell you which ten minutes rather than sell you a rebuild you do not need.
Two of these have the full write-up. The rest are linked to the live sites so you can look at them yourself, on your own phone, away from my wifi — which is what I'd tell you to do with anybody's portfolio. More write-ups are coming as the results come in, and the blog covers the same ground in more detail. I'm not going to publish numbers before they exist.
Free, takes me ten minutes
Send me your business name. I'll tell you what's wrong first.
Before you spend anything, I'll look at your Google listing and your site and tell you honestly what's missing. If it's a ten-minute fix you can do yourself, I'll tell you which ten minutes.
