About

Who you're actually calling. Website design in Sebastian.

Every web company says a real person will answer. Here's mine, with a photo and a phone number, so you can check. My name is Dennis Aguilar and I run Top Three Web Design. I do the web design, I do the local SEO, I fix the Google Business Profiles, I write the code, and I answer the phone. There is nobody else — no account manager, no ticket queue, no team you'll never meet. I've been doing this since 2020; I only started charging for it this year. Every site I've built is written up here, including the ones with no results yet.

If you're reading this page, you're probably asking one quiet question: can I trust this guy, or is this going to go the way it went last time?

That's a fair question, and most people asking it have a reason. Somebody built them a site and vanished. Somebody charged a monthly fee for years and never touched it. Somebody wouldn't hand over the logins when they tried to leave. It's the most common story I hear on the phone, and it's why nearly every page on this site is built around ownership rather than design. It's also why the local SEO work matters more to me than how the site looks — a beautiful website nobody can find is just an expensive brochure.

So here's everything about me that's relevant to that question, including the parts that don't flatter me.

How I got here

Six years of this before I ever put a price on it.

The company is new. The work isn't. I built my first site in 2020 and I've been building, fixing and managing them ever since — I just wasn't charging for it.

2020 — the deep end, first

My first site was for a clinical skincare laboratory's US operation, and it is still one of the builds in my case studies. I built it in 2020 with no idea what I was doing, then managed it every day for six years while it grew to over 150 pages, 70 products, 21 treatment protocols, an online store and a private practitioner portal behind a login. Nobody hands a beginner a project like that. I had to make it work, and then keep it working.

Then everything the job actually needs

Code, on-page and technical SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, copywriting, landing pages built to convert, mobile-first builds, schema markup, and research-backed articles with real citations. Not a certificate for any of it — I learned each piece because a site I was responsible for needed it.

And the part I'm best at

Finding the gap. Deep competitor and local research, then positioning a business to stand where nobody else is standing, and finding the low-competition keywords everyone else has walked past — the trades page shows what that looks like measured by town. It's why every town page on this site has different numbers on it — I measured each market instead of swapping the name.

I helped friends before I helped clients

Sites for people I knew, for nothing, for years. That's where the practice came from — and it's why the clients in my portfolio trusted me before there was a business to trust.

Before all of it, I sold for a living

My background is BDC — the department that makes the calls and books the appointments. I trained the agents who did it and was consistently a top producer. That's why I answer my own phone, and why you'll never fill in a form to find out what something costs.

Spanish is my first language

Not a course I took. The calls, the contract and the website itself can all be in Spanish at no extra cost. When I went through every web design firm I could find from Melbourne to Port St. Lucie in August 2026, not one of them advertised that.

The parts I'd rather you hear from me

Four things you'd find out anyway.

If I'm going to build a business on telling people the truth, it starts here rather than at the point where it's convenient.

01

My biggest project isn't mine anymore

The site I'd built and run since 2020 was sold in 2026, and the new owner kept me on to keep managing it. I can't say who bought it. What I can say is that it's the outcome I'd want for any site I build — something worth enough that someone paid for it, and good enough that they kept the person who made it.

02

The company is months old, even though the work isn't

I've been building and managing sites since 2020, but Top Three Web Design as a registered business is new, and some of the firms you're comparing me to have been in Vero Beach for twenty or thirty years. That's real and it matters. What I have instead is six years of hands-on practice, published pricing, ownership in writing, no contract, and a phone that gets answered. If decades of local reputation is what you're buying, hire them — I'd rather say that than pretend.

03

I'll tell you when not to hire me

If your website is fine and your Google listing is the problem, that's cheaper and I'll say so. If you're a restaurant competing with listings that have well over a thousand reviews, I'll tell you a website won't fix it. I lose those sales on purpose, because the ones I keep are worth more.

04

I publish my sources, including the ones that hurt

The articles on this site correct statistics my own industry repeats — and one of them names a documented red flag that applies to my own pricing, then tells you how to check me against it. If a number can't be traced to a real source, it doesn't go on this site. When one turns out not to be traceable, I take it off and say so on the page.

Why it's set up this way

Published prices, no contracts, and you own everything.

None of that is generosity. It's the three things people tell me went wrong last time, turned into rules I can't quietly break. Why website ownership is worth checking before you hire anyone.

A price on the page means you can't be quoted differently to your neighbor. Month-to-month means I have to earn it again every month instead of relying on a contract. And ownership in writing means the worst day of our relationship — the day you leave — costs you nothing.

Read the ownership guarantee
  • Your domain is registered in your name. Not mine. It always was yours.
  • You get every login. Hosting, Google, analytics, email — handed over, written down.
  • No contract to escape. Monthly plans are month to month.
  • No fee to leave. No transfer fee, no release fee, no ransom on your own website.

Where I am

Sebastian, and I'll drive an hour without thinking about it.

I live here. Same county, same hurricane season, same local paper — which is most of why local SEO works better when the person doing it knows the towns. If you'd rather sit across a table before spending money, say so and we'll find a morning.

The towns I work in

Eleven towns across the Treasure Coast and Space Coast have their own page with their own local numbers: Sebastian, Vero Beach, Fellsmere, Palm Bay, Melbourne, West Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge, Cocoa, Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie — plus everything between, across Indian River, Brevard and St. Lucie counties. Every town I cover, with the local numbers for each.

And further, when it makes sense

Three of the projects on this site were built entirely by phone and email — a trading room, a clinic in Charlotte, North Carolina and an educator in Pooler, Georgia. Distance isn't a problem. The only thing you lose is me showing up, and for local clients that's genuinely part of what you're paying for.

When you can reach me

Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Sunday 9am to 6pm. Closed Saturdays. Call or text — text is often faster, and it works at six in the morning when you're on a roof and I'm not awake yet. I'll answer when I'm up.
