Social media management in Sebastian & Vero Beach
I make short videos and photo posts for your business in Sebastian, Vero Beach or the towns around them, write a separate caption for each platform, schedule them, and check the next day that they posted. You keep running your business.
Photo posts from $250 a month, videos from $450, plus $500 setup once. Month to month, no fee to leave.

Before you hire anyone
You can post yourself. Here's what's worth paying for.
You can post from your own phone, and plenty of owners do it well. If you'll really post a few times a week, keep your money. What people pay me for is the part that slips when the work gets busy.
New posts, made for you
Photo posts from your own job photos. On the video plans, a short vertical video with your logo, your colors and your phone number, about your services and your towns. Not a stock clip with your name on it.
A caption for each platform
Every platform your plan uses gets its own wording, written to that platform's rules. The same paragraph pasted on every platform reads like it.
Someone checking
Every fact checked before it's scheduled, every post read back after it's scheduled, and a check the next day that it actually went out.
Top Three's own posts, not a client's
A real week from my own accounts.
This is what I ran for my own business from Tuesday, October 27 to Friday, October 30, 2026. Each morning a new video went out on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, each one aimed at a different town. Each afternoon a second post followed on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. On Friday, X got the morning video and a text version of the afternoon post. I'm not showing view or follower counts, because I don't promise them to you either.

Google says: write for people
Palm Bay
8 AM video: what Google asks of the words on your website.
3 PM post: a short video about the Google reviews that disappeared from my profile.
One video, three of its captions
The October 29 video went to five platforms with five different captions. Here are three of them, exactly as they posted. For your business, they'd be about your services, your towns and your phone number. LinkedIn is an add-on on my plans.
TikTok
Short, a question at the end, hashtags inline.
Wabasso business owners: do you only send your review link to the customers who loved you? Google's Maps content policy lists "selectively solicit positive reviews from customers" as not allowed. Trading a discount for a review is out too. Who gets your review link right now? #Wabasso #GoogleReviews #SmallBusiness
Short, three hashtags on their own line.
Wabasso, is your review link going to every customer? Google's Maps policy says not to ask only chosen customers for good reviews, and not to offer a deal in return for a review. My habit: one link for everyone, then answer what comes in. Who did you ask last week? #Wabasso #IndianRiverCounty #GoogleReviews
Written for other owners, no hashtags.
For business owners in Wabasso and around Indian River County: Google's Maps content policy has a section on how businesses ask for reviews, and it is worth reading before you send your next request. It rules out asking only selected customers for positive reviews, discouraging negative reviews, and offering payment, discounts or free services in exchange for a review or for removing a bad one. The simplest way I know to stay inside those lines is one process for everyone: every customer gets the same request, and every review gets a reply. Checked before it's scheduled, and after it posts
What goes into every post.
- Facts checked. Every fact, price and phone number is checked against its source the day the post is scheduled.
- A caption for each platform, written to that platform's rules.
- Town rotation. A town from your real service area in each post, so no town repeats two days in a row.
- On the video plans, licensed music, cleared for business use through my design software.
- On the video plans, your phone number on every video, with your logo and colors.
- Captions in Spanish, English or both, your choice, on every plan.
- A read-back. Every scheduled post is read back to confirm the date, time, caption and file.
- A next-day check that every post actually published.
Published prices · month to month
Four plans. No long-term contract, no fee to leave.
Pick the pace that fits your business.
| Plan | Price | What you get | Platforms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Social Photos | $250 a month + $500 setup, once | 6 photo posts a week, Sunday to Friday, from your own job photos. | Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile |
| Social Starter | $450 a month + $500 setup, once | 3 custom videos a week. | Facebook, Instagram, TikTok |
| Social Daily | $800 a month + $500 setup, once | 1 custom video a day, Sunday to Friday. | Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, X |
| Social Daily Plus | $1,200 a month + $500 setup, once | Everything in Social Daily, plus a daily photo post from your job photos, Sunday to Friday (on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X and your Google Business Profile), and the comments and messages that need your answer flagged the same day, so you can reply yourself. | Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, X, plus photo posts on your Google Business Profile |
Setup is $500 for every plan, paid once. It covers your profile cleanup and a first week of posts for your approval, plus your video template on the video plans, and help creating TikTok or YouTube if your plan uses them and you don't have them yet. Your monthly plan starts once setup is complete, and I invoice you for it then. To cancel, tell me by email or text before your next invoice. LinkedIn is available as an add-on; ask me about it when you call.
Local prices
What social media management costs around here: $299 to $6,000 a month.
In October 2026 I read the public price pages of agencies on the Treasure Coast and Space Coast. The lowest plan I found was $299 a month for 12 posts a month on one platform. The highest was $6,000 a month, with a six-month minimum.
Where I sit
$250 to $1,200 a month, plus a one-time $500 setup fee. Every plan is month to month, and all four plans and the setup fee are priced above.
What to ask anyone, me included
How many posts, on which platforms, and who makes them. Is there a minimum term? Who owns the accounts if you leave? Get the answers in writing before you pay.
The fine print nobody shows you
What each platform won't let me do.
I schedule through a professional scheduling tool. Between each platform's rules and what a scheduling tool is allowed to send, here are the limits that change how your posts look.
- Facebook: every video goes out as a Reel. Facebook now shares all new videos as Reels.
- Instagram: your account has to be a professional account (Business or Creator) for posts to go out on schedule.
- TikTok: captions post as one paragraph. Line breaks don't come through when a post is scheduled.
- YouTube: only the channel's owner can connect it. A manager on the channel can't.
- Threads: one hashtag per post.
- X: 280 characters per post, unless the account pays for X Premium.
- Google Business Profile: one photo or one video per post, and 1,500 characters at most. On Social Photos and Daily Plus, I post photos there.
Sources, read October 30, 2026: Metricool help center (publishing requirements for images and videos; scheduling options by network; Threads; TikTok; YouTube channel permissions; X; Google Business Profile; Instagram connection types). Meta for Developers (Threads posts; Instagram content publishing). YouTube Help (channel permissions). X Help (types of posts) and X developer docs (counting characters). Meta newsroom (all new Facebook videos as Reels, June 2025).
How I get you started
The first week.
- You and I sign a short agreement. It covers the plan, the price and how either of us can end it.
- You connect your accounts. You sign in to each account yourself on a connect screen. I never see or keep your password.
- I clean up your profiles. Bio, link, category, hours and phone, matching your website and your Google Business Profile.
- On the video plans, I build your template. Your logo, your colors and your phone number on every video.
- You approve the first week. Nothing posts until you've seen it. After that, posts go out on schedule.
- Your monthly plan starts. Once setup is complete, I send you its first invoice.
Your part
What I need from you.
- Links to your accounts. Your Instagram has to be a Business or Creator account, ideally linked to your Facebook Page.
- For the video plans, your logo and your colors, if you have them.
- The towns you serve, so each post can name one.
- Photos of your work. For Social Photos and Social Daily Plus, about 20 to start, then new ones each week.
For the trades
Built for trades and contractors.
Your best posts are already on your phone. A finished job, a before and after, your crew on site, and the town where it happened. On Social Photos and Social Daily Plus, I turn those into posts that name the towns you actually work in. If you want videos instead, Social Starter is 3 a week, and Social Daily is 1 a day, Sunday to Friday.
Job photos
Real work, posted with the town and the service. Photo posts never use stock photos.
Before and after
One of the easiest posts for a trade to make. Send both photos and I'll do the rest.
The towns you serve
A town from your real service area in each post, so no town repeats two days in a row. If you also need a site, see web design for contractors.
What you keep
Your accounts stay yours.
The accounts are in your name, and you can cancel any month. To cancel, tell me by email or text before your next invoice.
Read my terms- You own the accounts. Every profile stays in your name, with your login.
- No long-term contract. Every plan is month to month.
- No fee to leave. Cancel any month; everything posted stays on your accounts.
- No outcome promises. Not on followers, views, calls or rankings.
Questions
What owners ask before they start.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. During setup, you sign in to each account yourself on the scheduling tool's connect screen, and I never see or keep your password. YouTube only lets a channel's owner connect it, so that sign-in has to be yours.
Do I approve posts before they go out?
Yes, for the first week. Nothing posts until you've seen it. After that, posts go out on schedule.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You sign a short agreement that covers the plan and the price, and every plan is month to month, with no fee to leave. The setup fee is paid once, at the start. To cancel, tell me by email or text before your next invoice.
Do you answer comments and messages?
Replies aren't included in any plan. On Social Daily Plus, I flag the comments and messages that need your answer the same day, so you can reply yourself.
Which platforms do you post to?
Social Photos posts to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile. Social Starter posts to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Social Daily posts to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads and X. Social Daily Plus posts to all six, plus photo posts on your Google Business Profile. LinkedIn is an add-on.
How often will you post?
Social Photos: 6 photo posts a week, Sunday to Friday. Social Starter: 3 videos a week. Social Daily: 1 video a day, Sunday to Friday. Social Daily Plus: a video and a photo post each day, Sunday to Friday.
Where do the videos and photos come from?
On the video plans, I make every video from a template with your logo, your colors and your phone number. The facts come from your own website and Google listing. Photo posts use photos of your own work, never stock photos.
Can you promise more followers, calls or a better ranking?
No. No one can honestly promise followers, views, calls or a ranking, and I don't. What I promise is the work: the posts, made and checked the way this page describes.
What if I don't have TikTok or YouTube yet?
If your plan uses it, I help you create it during setup, in your business's name and signed in by you, so the account is yours from the first day.
Who owns the accounts and the videos?
You do. The accounts are in your name, and everything posted on them stays there if you cancel. The music and design elements in the videos are licensed through my design software for use in your posts, not on their own or anywhere else.
¿Puedo tener publicaciones en español?
Sí. Ofrezco textos en español en todos los planes. Dígame al empezar qué publicaciones quiere en español, en inglés o en los dos idiomas.
Do you work outside Sebastian and Vero Beach?
Yes. I'm based in Sebastian, and this work is done online, so the plans and prices are the same wherever you are.
