Web design in Indialantic, FL, where the 32903 ZIP is bigger than the town.
I'm Dennis Aguilar, and Top Three Web Design is my business in Sebastian. I build websites and Google Business Profiles for businesses in Indialantic: websites from $800 and a Google profile setup for $300. Every build and plan price is published, so you can see it before you call. The 32903 ZIP code also takes in part of Melbourne's beachside and unincorporated Brevard County, so part of the job is showing Google and your customers where you actually work.

What makes Indialantic different
Indialantic is a small town. Its ZIP code reaches well past it.
The Town of Indialantic was incorporated in 1952 and keeps its Town Hall at 216 Fifth Avenue. At the 2020 Census, 3,010 people lived in the town.
One ZIP code, more than one place
The Census Bureau's ZIP-area figures put 13,880 people in 32903 at the 2020 Census, more than four times the town's count. Part of that area is the City of Melbourne's beachside, and part is unincorporated Brevard County. Even the county's own pages write the ZIP both ways: "Melbourne, FL 32903" for a county park and "Indialantic, Florida 32903" for a fire station.
Why the town line matters to you
The town's business tax receipt is for businesses inside town limits, so where your address really sits decides which receipts you need. It should also decide what your Google profile and your website call your city. An address that reads "Indialantic, FL 32903" doesn't by itself tell a customer whether you're inside the town, so say it plainly.

Where the name goes
Local SEO for Indialantic: name the town where people and Google can see it.
Write your address the same way everywhere, the way your mail and your business records show it. Then make sure Indialantic shows up in the places that describe your work: two you write, and one your customers write.
Your Google Business Profile
If customers come to your shop, the profile shows your address as it is. If you only go to them, set it up as a service-area business and remove the street address from the profile. If your 32903 address is outside the town, you can still list Indialantic as an area you serve without calling it your city. You can read how I manage Google Business Profiles, or do it yourself with my free profile checklist.
A page about the work you do here
Name the places your customers know, like A1A, Fifth Avenue, Wave Crest Avenue and Nance Park. Show photos of jobs you actually did. A town name dropped into a template tells a customer nothing.
Reviews that say where the job was
When you ask for a review, ask the customer to say in their own words what you did and where. A review that names the job and the place tells the next customer something I can't say for you.

Who this works for
The businesses that get the most from this.
Some businesses need a full website. Some only need a finished Google profile.
Trades and home services
If you repair, clean, paint or build, a site that lists each service tells homeowners in Indialantic what you do and where. See how I build websites for contractors and trades.
Businesses run from home
If customers never come to you, your Google profile can leave out your street address and show a service area instead, and your website does the work a storefront would.
Where I'd tell you to spend less
If most of your work comes from people who already know you, a finished profile and a steady flow of reviews may be all you need. I'll tell you that in the free listing check.
Before you hire anyone
How to compare web designers for Indialantic.
Several web design firms have a page for Indialantic, and they differ on whether they show prices and on how much they say about the town itself. Whoever you talk to, me included, ask these three.
Whose name is the domain in?
It should be yours from the day it's bought. Ask to see that in writing.
Can I see the price before the first call?
A designer who publishes prices can be compared. My prices are in the table below.
What happens to the site if I stop paying?
Ask about the site, the domain and the logins. My answer is a little further down this page.
The website and the listing
Web design and local SEO, done together.
I build the website and set up the Google profile at the same time, so the two say the same thing about who you are and where you work.
The website
Made for a phone first, with a page or section for your services and the areas you work. I also build sites in Spanish or in both languages; my diseño web en español page explains how. If you already have a site, my website redesign page starts with whether you need a new one at all. You can see sites I've built on my case studies page.
The Google profile
Set up or cleaned up to match the site: the same business name, phone number, services and areas. I choose your categories by checking what the businesses ranking above you use.
After the build
A finished site still needs hosting, and the domain needs renewing. Care covers hosting and upkeep, and Local Visibility adds review requests, replies to reviews and ongoing local SEO. Or you can pay a hosting company yourself.
What stays yours
If you ever leave, you keep the site, the domain and every login.
I put these terms in writing.
Ask me about these terms: (772) 999-1354- Your domain is registered in your name, not mine.
- You get every login, from day one.
- Monthly plans are month to month, with no contract.
- There's no fee to leave, and I charge nothing to release the site or transfer the domain.
Published prices
Web design in Indialantic: the same prices as in Sebastian or Melbourne.
An Indialantic business pays what a Sebastian or Melbourne business pays. Every price is on my services page, so you don't need a sales call to find a number.
| Option | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile setup | $300, one time | Your profile set up properly, with no monthly plan attached and no website required. |
| Starter website | $800, one time | 3 pages, built for the phone first, for a business that needs to exist properly online and be easy to call. |
| Professional website | $1,500, one time | 7 pages for a business with several real services to explain. |
| Premium website | $3,000, one time | 10 pages for a business competing in a crowded market. |
| Brand Builder | $4,500, one time | For a business with no name or logo yet, or one that still looks like a template. Most businesses don't need it. |
| Monthly plans | $150 to $1,000 a month | Care $150, Local Visibility $300, Growth $600, Authority $1,000. Month to month, no contract. |
The one-time price is the build, and every build includes your Google profile set up and connected. Premium includes the words on the site. Starter and Professional don't, so ask what those words cost before you buy.
After the build, a website still needs hosting, and the domain, which is registered in your name, still needs renewing. The Care plan, $150 a month, is the only hosting price I publish. If you'd rather pay a hosting platform and a domain registrar directly, those bills come from those companies, not from me. Each plan's full list is on my services page.
Indialantic questions
What people here ask.
My address says Indialantic, FL 32903. Is my business inside the town?
Not necessarily. At the 2020 Census, most of the people in the 32903 ZIP area lived outside the town, and part of that area is in the City of Melbourne or in unincorporated Brevard County. The town suggests checking your parcel with the Brevard County Property Appraiser to see whether you're inside town limits. Then describe your location the same way on your website and your Google profile.
Can you get my business to show up when people search in Indialantic?
I can give Google clear signs that you work in Indialantic. Name Indialantic in your profile's description and services and on a page of your website, and ask customers to say where the job was in their reviews. No one can promise you a spot on the map, and I won't.
How much does a website cost in Indialantic?
The same as in Sebastian or Melbourne: $800 for 3 pages, $1,500 for 7 or $3,000 for 10, one time. A Google profile setup on its own is $300. After that, hosting and the domain renewal are ongoing costs; the Care plan at $150 a month covers hosting.
What happens to my site if I stop paying you?
You keep the website, the domain and every login. The domain was in your name from the start. If you cancel the Care plan, you'll pay a hosting company directly instead of paying me.
Do I need a website, or is a Google profile enough?
It depends. Sometimes the site is fine, or there's no site yet, and the Google listing is the whole problem. That's $300 once instead of $800 and up. Send me your business name and I'll tell you which one makes sense.
Do I need a business tax receipt in Indialantic?
If your business is inside the town, most likely yes. The town requires a local business tax receipt for most businesses under Town Ordinance 30-19, and other town departments sign off before it's issued. Receipts are sold starting July 1 and expire September 30, and a change such as a new location or owner has to be filed within 30 days.
Home-based businesses use a separate application, and the town allows one only if the home is used strictly for phone, mail and bookkeeping work, with no employees and no customers or traffic coming to the house. You also need a Brevard County receipt, and the county's application asks for your town receipt. If your 32903 address is outside town limits, the town's receipt doesn't apply; ask the City of Melbourne or Brevard County, depending on where you are. Confirm the fee and the rules with Town Hall before you apply.
Can my website be in English and Spanish?
Yes. Spanish is my first language, and I build sites in Spanish, in English or in both, written properly in each language rather than machine-translated. My diseño web en español page says more, in Spanish.
