Satellite Beach, Florida · Brevard County
Web design in Satellite Beach, FL, where 32937 doesn't say which city you're in.
I'm Dennis Aguilar, and Top Three Web Design is my business in Sebastian. I build websites and Google Business Profiles for businesses in Satellite Beach: websites from $800 and a Google profile setup for $300, with build and plan prices published before you call. Because Indian Harbour Beach uses the same ZIP code, part of the job is showing Google and your customers which city you actually work in.

What makes Satellite Beach different
Satellite Beach is its own city. Its ZIP code is shared.
Satellite Beach has its own city government, with City Hall on Cassia Boulevard, and the Census Bureau estimates 11,365 people lived here in July 2025.
A ZIP code shared with the next city
City Hall's address is 565 Cassia Boulevard, Satellite Beach, FL 32937, and Indian Harbour Beach's city offices use 32937 too. The city's own business tax receipt application also warns that some addresses are unincorporated. If your Google profile and your website lean on the ZIP code, neither one tells a customer, or Google, which city you're in.
A city with its own history
Satellite Beach became a city in 1957. Percy Hedgecock was its first mayor, from 1957 to 1973. The city's own history page ties its early growth to aerospace workers at Patrick Air Force Base and Cape Canaveral.

Where the name goes
Local SEO for Satellite Beach: name the city where people and Google can see it.
Keep your address exactly as your mail gets it. Then make sure Satellite Beach shows up in the places that describe your work: two you write, and one your customers write.
Your Google Business Profile
If customers come to your shop, the profile shows your address as it is. If you only go to them, set it up as a service-area business and hide the street address. Either way, mention Satellite Beach in your description and your services. You can read how I manage Google Business Profiles, or do it yourself with my free profile checklist.
A page about the work you do here
Name the streets your customers know, like South Patrick Drive and A1A. Show photos of jobs you actually did. A city name dropped into a template tells a customer nothing.
Reviews that say where the job was
When a customer leaves a review, ask them to mention what you did and that it was in Satellite Beach, in their own words. A review that names the job and the city is often worth more to the next customer than anything I write for you.

Who this works for
The businesses that get the most from this.
Some businesses need a full website. Some only need a finished Google profile.
Trades and home services
If you repair, clean, paint or build, a site that lists each service tells homeowners here what you do and where. See how I build websites for contractors and trades.
Businesses run from home
If customers never come to you, your Google profile can hide your street address and show a service area instead, and your website does the work a storefront would.
Where I'd tell you to spend less
If most of your work comes from people who already know you, a finished profile and a steady flow of reviews may be all you need. I'll tell you that in the free check.
Before you hire anyone
How to compare web designers for Satellite Beach.
Several web design firms have a page for Satellite Beach, and they differ on whether they show prices and on how much they say about the city itself. Whoever you talk to, me included, ask these three.
Whose name is the domain in?
It should be yours from the day it's bought. Ask to see that in writing.
Can I see the price before the first call?
A designer who publishes prices can be compared. My prices are in the table below.
What happens to the site if I stop paying?
Ask about the site, the domain and the logins. My answer is in the questions further down.
The website and the listing
Web design and local SEO, done together.
I build the website and set up the Google profile at the same time, so the two say the same thing about who you are and where you work.
The website
Made for a phone first, with a page or section for your services and the areas you work. I also build sites in Spanish or in both languages; my diseño web en español page explains how. If you already have a site, my website redesign page starts with whether you need a new one at all. You can see sites I've built on my case studies page.
The Google profile
Set up or cleaned up to match the site: the same business name, phone number, services and areas. I choose your categories by checking what the businesses ranking above you use.
After the build
A finished site still needs hosting. Care covers hosting and upkeep, and Local Visibility adds asking customers for reviews, answering them and ongoing local SEO. Or you can pay a hosting company yourself.
What stays yours
If you ever leave, you keep the site, the domain and every login.
I put these terms in writing before you pay.
Ask me about these terms: (772) 999-1354- Your domain is registered in your name, not mine.
- You get every login, from day one.
- Monthly plans are month to month, with no contract.
- There's no fee to leave, and I charge nothing to release the site or transfer the domain.
Published prices
Web design in Satellite Beach: the same prices as in Sebastian or Melbourne.
A Satellite Beach business pays what a Sebastian or Melbourne business pays. Every price is on my services page, so you don't need a sales call to find a number.
| Option | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile setup | $300, one time | Your profile set up properly, with no monthly plan attached and no website required. |
| Starter website | $800, one time | 3 pages, built for the phone first, with your Google profile set up and connected. |
| Professional website | $1,500, one time | 7 pages for a business with several real services to explain. |
| Premium website | $3,000, one time | 10 pages for a business competing in a crowded market. |
| Monthly plans | $150 to $1,000 a month | Care $150, Local Visibility $300, Growth $600, Authority $1,000. Month to month, no contract. |
The one-time price is the build. Premium includes the words on the site. Starter and Professional don't, so ask what those words cost before you buy.
After the build, a website still needs hosting, and the domain, which is registered in your name, still needs renewing. The Care plan, $150 a month, is the only hosting price I publish. If you'd rather pay a hosting platform and a domain registrar directly, those bills come from those companies, not from me. Each plan's full list is on my services page.
Satellite Beach questions
What people here ask.
My address says Satellite Beach. Is my business inside the city?
Not always. The city's business tax receipt application warns that some addresses are unincorporated and have to apply with Brevard County only, and Indian Harbour Beach shares the 32937 ZIP code. Check with the city that your location is inside its limits, then use that same city on your website and your Google profile.
Can you get my business to show up when people search in Satellite Beach?
I can give Google what it needs to connect you. Name Satellite Beach in your profile's description and services and on a page of your website, and ask customers to mention it in their reviews. No one can promise you a spot on the map, and I won't.
How much does a website cost in Satellite Beach?
The same as in Sebastian or Melbourne: $800 for 3 pages, $1,500 for 7 or $3,000 for 10, one time. A Google profile setup on its own is $300. After that, hosting and the domain renewal are ongoing costs; the Care plan at $150 a month covers hosting.
What happens to my site if I stop paying you?
You keep the website, the domain and every login. The domain was in your name from the start. If you cancel the Care plan, you'll pay a hosting company directly instead of paying me.
Do I need a website, or is a Google profile enough?
It depends. Sometimes the site is fine, or there's no site yet, and the Google listing is the whole problem. That's $300 once instead of $800 and up. Send me your business name and I'll tell you which one makes sense.
Do I need a business tax receipt in Satellite Beach?
Yes, to do business inside the city limits. The standard yearly city receipt is $70.00, and receipts expire September 30 each year. Once the city issues yours, you also apply to Brevard County, whose application asks for a copy of the city receipt. If you work from home, the city uses a separate residential application, and its home-business rules say there can be no change to the outside appearance of the house. Read the rules on that application first. Fees and rules change, so confirm with the city before you apply.
Can my website be in English and Spanish?
Yes. Spanish is my first language, and I build sites in Spanish, in English or in both, written properly in each language rather than machine-translated. My diseño web en español page says more, in Spanish.
