Indian Harbour Beach, Florida · Brevard County
Web design in Indian Harbour Beach, FL, where one ZIP code covers four places.
I'm Dennis Aguilar, and Top Three Web Design is my business in Sebastian. I build websites and Google Business Profiles for businesses in Indian Harbour Beach: websites from $800, with your Google profile set up as part of every build, or a Google profile setup on its own for $300. My standard build and plan prices are published, so you can see them before you call. The city shares the 32937 ZIP code with Satellite Beach, unincorporated South Patrick Shores and part of Melbourne. Part of my job is making clear to Google and your customers which of those places is yours, and which ones you serve.
The free check looks at your Google listing, the box that shows your business on Google Maps: whether it names the city, whether your address and service area match where you work, and what's missing.

What makes Indian Harbour Beach different

Where the city lines run
Satellite Beach is the next city to the north, and Melbourne's beachside is to the south. Unincorporated South Patrick Shores, with 6,496 people in 2020, shares 32937 too. A customer crossing a city line may never notice it.
What the city line changes
The city's business tax receipt is required before operating a business inside the city, so where you really are decides which receipts you need. It should also decide which city you list on your Google profile and your website, and how you set your profile's service area.

Local SEO: where the name goes
Getting found on Google in Indian Harbour Beach: say which side of the city line you're on.
Use one version of your address everywhere you list it, the one on your mail and your business records. Then put Indian Harbour Beach where it describes real work: on your Google profile, on your website, and in what your customers write about you.
Your profile's address and service area
A shop or office that customers visit shows its street address. If you also go out to customers, you can add a service area too. If you only go to customers, set the profile up as a service-area business, remove the street address, and list the places you cover (Google allows up to 20). Customers then see your service area instead of your street. That way a business with a Satellite Beach or South Patrick Shores address can list Indian Harbour Beach as an area it serves without calling it home. You can read how I manage Google Business Profiles, or work through my free profile checklist yourself.
A page about work you did in the city
Name the places near your actual jobs, the ones people here know: Gleason Park on Yacht Club Boulevard, Eau Gallie Boulevard, the Algonquin Sports Complex off Wimico Drive, or Millennium Beach Park on A1A. Add photos of that work. A city name pasted into a template doesn't show anyone you've worked here.
Reviews in the customer's words
When you ask for a review, ask the customer to describe the job and where it was, however they'd say it. A review that names the work and the place tells the next customer something your own website can't.

A landmark worth naming
Gleason Park, and a history older than the city.
Gleason Park covers 27 acres around a lake, with a city pool and a walking path. A Florida historical marker in the park tells of Pentoaya, a winter-time town of the Ais people, and a Spanish diplomatic mission to the Ais in 1605. Details like these belong on a business website only when they mean something to your customers: a gym or a café near the park has a reason to mention it, and a roofer probably doesn't.

Who this works for
Which businesses need a website, and which need only a Google profile.
Some businesses need a full website. Some only need a finished Google profile. Here is how that tends to split.
Trades and home services
If you repair, clean, paint or build, a site with a page for each service tells homeowners in Indian Harbour Beach what you do and how far you travel. See how I build websites for contractors and trades.
Shops and offices with a front door
A storefront in the city needs the city's business tax receipt first, and its Building Official and Fire Marshal sign off on your application; the details are in the questions below. Once you're open, your profile's hours, photos and address are what a new customer looks at before walking in.
Businesses run from home
The city doesn't allow outside signs at a home business, and Google asks businesses that show their address to keep a permanent sign there. So a home business here should usually hide its street address and show a service area instead, and let the website do the work a storefront would.
Where I'd tell you to spend less
If most of your work comes from people who already know you, a finished profile and a steady flow of reviews may be all you need. I'll tell you that in the free listing check.
Before you hire anyone
How to compare web designers for Indian Harbour Beach.
Plenty of web design firms have a page for Indian Harbour Beach. Of the ones I've read, most say little about the city beyond its name, and few publish a price. Whoever you talk to, me included, ask these three.
Whose name is on the domain?
Yours, from the day it's bought. Ask for that in writing.
Can I see the price before the first call?
If prices are published, you can compare designers before you talk to anyone. Mine are in the table below.
What happens to the site if I stop paying?
Ask what happens to the site, the domain and the logins.
The website and the listing
Web design and local SEO, done together.
I build the website and set up the Google profile at the same time, so the two say the same thing about who you are and where you work.
The website
Made for a phone first, with a page or section for your services and the areas you work. I also build sites in Spanish or in both languages; my diseño web en español page explains how. If you already have a site, my website redesign page starts with whether you need a new one at all. You can see sites I've built on my case studies page.
The Google profile
Set up or cleaned up to match the site: the same business name, phone number, services and areas. I choose your categories, the business types Google files you under (Plumber, for example), by checking what the businesses ranking above you use.
After the build
Hosting and the domain renewal continue after the build; the notes under the prices explain both. Care covers hosting and upkeep, and Local Visibility adds review requests, replies to reviews and ongoing local SEO. Or you can pay a hosting company yourself.
What stays yours
If you ever leave, you keep the site, the domain and every login.
I put these terms in writing.
Ask me about these terms: (772) 999-1354- Your domain is registered in your name, not mine.
- You get every login, from day one.
- Monthly plans are month to month, with no contract.
- There's no fee to leave, and I charge nothing to release the site or transfer the domain.
Published prices
Web design in Indian Harbour Beach: the same prices as in Sebastian or Melbourne.
My standard prices are on my services page, so you don't need a sales call to find a number. Online stores and larger projects are quoted separately.
| Option | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile setup | $300, one time | Your profile set up properly, with no monthly plan attached and no website required. |
| Starter website | $800, one time | 3 pages, built for the phone first, for a business that needs to exist properly online and be easy to call. |
| Professional website | $1,500, one time | 7 pages for a business with several real services to explain. |
| Premium website | $3,000, one time | 10 pages for a business competing in a crowded market. |
| Brand Builder | $4,500, one time | For a business with no name or logo yet, or one that still looks like a template. Most businesses don't need it. |
| Monthly plans | $150 to $1,000 a month | Care $150, Local Visibility $300, Growth $600, Authority $1,000. Month to month, no contract. |
The one-time price is the build, and every build includes your Google profile set up and connected. Premium includes the writing for the site. Starter and Professional don't, so if you need the words written, I'll quote that before you pay.
After the build, a website still needs hosting. Your domain is registered in your name, and it still needs renewing. The Care plan, $150 a month, is the only hosting price I publish. If you'd rather pay a hosting platform and a domain registrar directly, those bills come from those companies, not from me. Each plan's full list is on my services page.
Indian Harbour Beach questions
Questions you may have.
My address says Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937. Is my business inside the city?
Not necessarily. City Hall, at (321) 773-3181, can tell you whether your location is inside city limits. At the 2020 Census, about two out of three people in 32937 lived outside the city. Whichever city you're in, name that same city on your website and your Google profile.
Can you get my business to show up when people search in Indian Harbour Beach?
I can make it clear to Google that you work in Indian Harbour Beach: the city named in your profile's description, services and service area, on a page of your website, and in reviews where customers say where the job was. No one can promise you a spot on the map, and I won't.
How much does a website cost in Indian Harbour Beach?
The same as in Sebastian or Melbourne: $800 for 3 pages, $1,500 for 7 or $3,000 for 10, one time. A Google profile setup on its own is $300. After that, you pay for hosting and the domain renewal; the notes under the price table explain both.
What happens to my site if I stop paying you?
You keep the website, the domain and every login. If you cancel the Care plan, you'll pay a hosting company directly instead of paying me.
Do I need a website, or is a Google profile enough?
It depends. Sometimes the site is fine, or there's no site yet, and the Google listing is the whole problem. That's $300 once instead of $800 and up. Send me your business name and I'll tell you which one makes sense.
Do I need a business tax receipt in Indian Harbour Beach?
Yes, if your business is inside the city. You need the city's business tax receipt before you open. You apply to the City Clerk. The Building Official and the Fire Marshal sign off before it's issued. Receipts renew each year, effective October 1.
A commercial receipt also comes with a fire safety inspection fee. The city's page lists $66 under 2,500 square feet, $115.50 from 2,501 to 10,000, and $231 over 10,000. Ask the City Clerk what the receipt itself costs for your type of business.
Home-based businesses use the same application. Check the home-based box and add a sketch of your home's floor plan. If you rent, add the homeowner's written permission. The city's limits: no employees except family living there, no visible storage, no outside signs, and no more noise or traffic than a normal home.
After the city receipt, you also need one from Brevard County. If your 32937 address is in Satellite Beach, Melbourne or unincorporated South Patrick Shores, the city's receipt doesn't apply; ask that city or Brevard County.
Can my website be in English and Spanish?
Yes. Spanish is my first language, and I build sites in Spanish, in English or in both, written properly in each language rather than machine-translated. My diseño web en español page says more, in Spanish.

Send me your business name. The check takes me about ten minutes.
